The portal’s role
Grčka Nekretnine is a platform for listings of properties located in Greece. Registered, verified agencies and individuals publish listings. Property arrangements are made directly with the advertiser.
Listing accuracy
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, currency and usage rights of published information and photos. Verified advertiser status does not guarantee the property’s legal or physical condition.
Publishing and credits
The free limit of simultaneously active listings is 1 for individuals and 5 for agencies. Each additional publication above the limit costs 1 credit(s). Each publication lasts 30 days. After expiry the listing leaves public results, while its information and photos remain in the account. Renewing an expired listing costs 1 credit(s) for another 30 days, regardless of unused free slots. Archiving frees an active slot and does not refund credits. Republishing before expiry is charged according to the number of active listings at that time and retains the original expiry date.
Featuring an available active listing costs 3 credit(s) and lasts up to 30 days, no longer than the listing remains active. Featuring does not extend the publication. Packages and total prices differ by account type. The current offer is on the page Prices. A purchase request stores the selected package, credit amount and total price at submission, so later price changes do not affect that request. The administrator processes requests and allocates credits after agreement and confirmation. Submitting a request does not make a payment.
Listing translation
Manual translation is free. Automatic translation with your own Google Cloud Translation key does not use portal credits; Google service usage is billed to the key owner's account. Without your own key, a successful suggestion through the portal costs 0.2 credits per listing for each selected language. Failed translations and retries of the same request are not charged.
Publication requires confirmed translations in all five additional languages. A draft can be saved without all translations. Changes to the source text require translations to be confirmed again before publication; you can withdraw an active listing by saving it as a draft. The advertiser reviews and confirms every automatic suggestion.
Partners and administration
Agencies in the partner program are displayed on the Contact page when enabled by the administrator. The administrator may change advertiser status, available locations and advertising prices.
