Information you provide

When you register, the portal stores the advertiser’s name and contact details; for agencies, it also stores business information, account details and advertising records. Passwords are stored in a form used to verify identity and are not displayed to administrators.

Property enquiries

The name, email, phone and message in an enquiry are available to the advertiser of the selected property and the portal administrator. Only provide information needed to contact you.

Data used for automatic translation

When you request an automatic translation, the listing title, description and features are sent to Google Cloud Translation. The saved API key is not publicly displayed. Interface translation updates use portal text, excluding listing content and personal account data.

Sessions and cookies

The portal uses essential cookies for sign-in and form protection. This local version does not include advertising networks or third-party analytics.

Public advertiser information

A verified advertiser’s name, description, contact email and phone appear with their listings and on their public profile. We do not collect individuals’ private home addresses. Registration and tax details are available to the agency and superadministrator.
